This is a musebox set in Kyoto, Japan in the Tekken universe that something had gone very wrong when the university was experimenting with teleportation. As a result, portals had opened up in random worlds and started to bring people in from any point in their lives. The portals have even managed to open in the realms of the afterlife which was something that no scientist could explain. Demons, angels, the supernatural, even those that are from alien worlds along with monsters from those worlds can be brought in.

The people brought in by these portals are given the choice to stay at the school or explore the world. They are not obligated to take a job, nor are they obligated to become a student. The choice is completely up to them.

This is not a jam-jar. There are slice of life elements and anything can happen at any given notice. The technology is the same as our own present world which includes the internet, smartphones, and music. If they choose to look themselves up on the internet for the sake of curiosity, they will find that Google will not make any mention of them but the events that happened in their world are considered legend and folklore but with no mention of their world.

For example, if say Vergil were to try to look himself up on the web, Google would come up with Dante's Inferno and other related material but nothing about his world or who he really is other than the story of Sparda and his sons as a legend. The same would be for any character which means that any game information that you would normally find would only be shown as the story that surrounds them but make no mention of the media they came from.

Video games, magazines and the like are here but if someone from the streets were to recognize the new residents from these worlds, they would either be looked at as strange and cool, or horrifying and tragic from the legends they have read or came across.

Real world elements are included in this setting along with items brought in from the chosen's specific world placed in their apartments should you choose to let them have them. They can even bring in their vehicles, perform magic, use magical items they brought with them, and keep their powers. All of it. Good or evil, they are not turned away. This even includes plants that are part of their world. Yes, dumbapples will exist here. The imagination is limitless.
